Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the food or beverage industry

  • Fruit processing experience

  • Experience managing Managers

  • Strong leadership utilizing KPI's 

  • Implementation of Lean, TPM or similar programs

  • Prefer project leadership experience
