The VP of FSQA is responsible for all Food Safety & Quality strategy and execution for a food manufacturing company with 9 manufacturing plants in North America. 

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Food Safety and Quality programs in a food or beverage manufacturing company

• Must have experience leading food safety and quality over multiple plants

• Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems

• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems within a co-manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

• BS degree is required
