We are looking for a strong leader who has a people first focus with the ability to develop a vision for the plant, a road map to get there and holds people accountable to the mission.  

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree

  • Must have previous experience leading a food or beverage plant

  • Strong people first leadership

  • History of getting results through KPI's

  • Track record of utilizing Lean, TPM or other similar CI programs to attain sustainable results

  • Ability and desire to grow into larger roles
