Senior Engineering Manager

This role reports to a Plant Director and has responsibility for all Engineering, CapEx planning, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement for a large complex food manufacturing plant. This position has 3 direct reports 2 Engineers and a Maintenance Manager.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree Engineering

  • Capital project experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Food manufacturing experience

  • Exposure to Lean, TPM or other similar CI Programs

  • Track record of leading an Engineering team to strong results

  • Exposure to high speed packaging with PLC's and Controls
