HR Business Partner

We are working with a client that is looking to expand their HR team due to promotion! This role will cover two facilities in Wisconsin as an HRBP. The right candidate will have strong employee relations, union experience, long term strategic planning and a people first mindset!

This role will be based out of our flagship facility and have as needed travel to second facility within driving range.  

Ideal Profile

  • BS in Human Resources or related field

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources Management

  • Union experience 

  • Must have experience in food/beverage/CPG Manufacturing 

  • Relocation assistance available
