Director of Talent & Development

We are working with a 100+ year historic company to add a new Talent and Development leader to their team! This is a company that is in growth mode and looking to put the proper systems in place to scale their team to the next level. 

They are looking for an all start Talent leader to help manage this exciting time for the company as they continue to add structure to their current supply chain. The right candidate needs to be a hands on go-getter who can work in a fast paced ingredients space. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS Degree a plus

  • 10+ years in TA and Development for food/CPG manufacturing

  • Experience managing TA across multiple plants

  • History of success with designing training and development programs

  • Leadership coaching at a manager and executive level

  • Willing to relocate to northern Michigan
