Vice President of Operations

This is a fantastic opportunity to run operations for a fast growing food company!  This role has responsibility for all Operations and Supply Chain for the organization reporting to the CEO.  It is a member of the Executive Leadership Team with a seat at the table on strategy and growth of the company.  This role has base, bonus and Long term incentive compensation. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree / MBA preferred

  • Must have experience with Food Manufacturing with a strong preference for CPG protein experience

  • Must have Plant Manager level experience

  • Exposure to and overall knowledge of Supply Chain operations of logistics, planning and distribution operations

  • Experience developing people, systems and process in food manufacturing

  • Strong team building

  • Exposure to implementation of Lean, TPM or other CI programs
